Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiries — name, email, interest and message, so organisers can reply. Lawful basis: your consent. Kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Member accounts — name, email, optional phone and rowing preference, plus your bookings, availability, training records, messages and documents you upload. Lawful basis: performing your membership (contract) and the club's legitimate interest in running safe sessions. Kept while your account exists.
• Bills — amounts and status, kept as required for club accounting.
• Club news emails — only if you opt in. You can withdraw at any time from your profile.

Who can see it

Your contact details are visible only to you and authorised coaches or organisers. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. Data is stored with our hosting provider under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Signed-in members can download their data and delete their account from My profile. Otherwise contact [club privacy email — to be confirmed]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
